I established Truvelar with the purpose of providing HR consultancy services to help businesses with all aspects of their people. From recruiting new employees to dealing with complex and difficult employment situations, Truvelar has the expertise to provide pragmatic and cost focused solutions.

A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with an MSc in Strategic Personnel and Development, I motivate, inspire and engage stakeholders to deliver strategic HR and OD initiatives. I have extensive experience and achievements in leading on:

• Implementation of development programmes and initiatives to support the enhancement of leadership and management capabilities and competencies required to achieve strategic objectives, vision, mission, values and culture.
• Complex transformational and cultural change programmes.
• Delivering exemplar people management processes to deliver results.

• Lead, motivate and coach large and complex teams.
• Deliver responsive coaching and mentoring model to support senior leaders and line managers.
