  • Making a plan. We’ll consider the findings together and I will implement it.

PACKAGES

I offer a 3-step flexible package dependent on your business needs.

To understand how the business operates and what needs to be reviewed.

I will review your HR documentation and current processes to provide advice and recommended improvements/solutions.  Price is dependent on needs and chargeable on an hourly rate.

I offer a HR retainer package.  Once I have set you up or reviewed your HR documentation from Contracts of Employment to key policies and procedures, you can purchase a set number of hours per annum that will give you peace of mind to be able to access me for advice, support or assistance either by e-mail, telephone or face to face.  This will be based on a small number of hours at a set rate, which can be increased as and when required.
